Use of the Platform
AffairsWise provides educational content — current affairs articles, quizzes, practice sets and test series — for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it by automated means without permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — articles, questions, digests, design and branding — is the property of AffairsWise or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute or republish our content without written permission.
Accuracy of Content
We strive for accuracy, but current affairs content is time-sensitive and may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Content is provided for educational purposes and should be verified against official sources for critical use.
Payments & Refunds
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles and refund eligibility will be described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once accessed.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffairsWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
